This position requires a minimum of a 250K transferrable book of business.

Required Skills:

3 – 5 years experience as a CSR in the printing industry

2 – 4 years experience in estimating for lithographic and digital processes

Superior communication skills both verbal & written

Proficient in Word & Excel

Excellent interpersonal skills

Highly organized

Hours: 2nd Shift, 3pm-11pm must be available to train 6:30am to 3:30pm

Position Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Conduct Quality control checks for sign offs. Check/review position of the print, file names and finished product. Must be able to read and match completed work to job samples to ensure accuracy. Follow quality and training expectations and ensure compliance with ISO quality standards. Adhere to standard throughput speed, operator throughput speed will be monitored and feedback will be provided. Work in other areas as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

High school education or general education degree (GED) is required. Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience with digital color. EOE
